Criteria | Details |

Educational and Professional Qualifications | Minimum graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by HEC. Candidates with a Master’s degree and/or professional certifications will be preferred. |
Experience | Minimum 7 years of banking experience, with at least 4 years in Internal Controls, Compliance, and/or Internal Audit. |
Skills and Expertise Required | - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proficiency in MS Office. - Proven experience in leading teams. - Experience in working with or auditing trade finance is an added advantage. |

Key Responsibilities : Unit Head - Monitoring (AVP/VP)
- Perform and lead Risk Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs) using both on-site and off-site methodologies to ensure compliance with regulatory instructions and guidelines.
- Manage compliance-related independent verification, including planning and execution.
- Understand the facets of control and risk assessment and address gaps to mitigate risks of non-compliance.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and maintain non-compliance analyses.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of SBP regulations and identify focus areas for performance reviews.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure follow-ups on identified gaps.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
