Ineligibility Criteria for PAF Airmen 2026

Dismissed from Service: Candidates who have been dismissed, removed, discharged on disciplinary grounds, or court-martialed from any Government Department or the Armed Forces are not eligible to apply.

Criminal Conviction: Applicants who have been convicted by a court of law for any offense involving moral turpitude will be disqualified from the recruitment process.

Medical Unfitness: Candidates declared medically unfit by a Military Medical Board or an Appeal Medical Board are not eligible for induction into the Pakistan Air Force.

False Information or Fake Documents: Submitting forged certificates, false information, or fake documents during registration or verification will lead to immediate disqualification.

Dual Nationality: Applicants holding dual nationality are ineligible unless they surrender their foreign nationality before final selection as per PAF regulations.
How to Apply for PAF Jobs 2026
The application process is entirely online. Follow these steps to ensure your registration is successful:
Visit the Official Portal: Go to www.joinpaf.gov.pk.
Fill the Form: Carefully enter your personal and educational details as required.
Submit Before Deadline: Ensure your application is submitted before 19 July 2026.
Documentation: Keep your original Matric marksheet, National ID card (Smart Card), and passport-sized photographs ready for the verification process at the selection center.
🗂️ Required Documents for Test Center Verification
When reporting to the Selection Center, you must bring the following original documents along with certified photocopies:
Original Educational Certificates / Detailed Marks Sheet (DMC).
Computerized National Identity Card (Smart Card / CNIC) or Form-B.
Domicile Certificate.
4 passport-sized passport photographs (attested on both the front and back).

PAF Airmen Selection Process 2026
Candidates must qualify the Computer-Based Test consisting of Intelligence, English, Physics, Mathematics, and Biology/Chemistry according to their selected trade.
Applicants who successfully pass the written and intelligence tests are invited for an initial interview at the nearest PAF Selection & Recruitment Centre.
Candidates must complete a 1.6 km run in 8 minutes along with 15 Push-ups, 20 Sit-ups, and 3 Chin-ups within the prescribed standards.
After clearing the physical test, candidates undergo a comprehensive medical fitness examination conducted by PAF medical authorities.
Shortlisted applicants appear in a psychological assessment to evaluate their aptitude, personality, and suitability for Pakistan Air Force service.
Final selection is made on the basis of academic performance, test results, physical fitness, psychological evaluation, medical fitness, and overall merit approved by Air Headquarters.
