Initial Tests
Appear at the selected PAF center for:
Intelligence Test
Academic Test (related to accounting, math, and English)
Initial Medical & Interview
Successful candidates will undergo a medical checkup
Conduct a preliminary interview
ISSB Call
Qualified candidates will be called for ISSB tests (psychological and leadership evaluation)
Final Medical
ISSB recommended candidates go through CMB medical examination
Final Selection
Based on performance and merit, successful candidates are selected for training at PAF Academy

Selection Procedure for Account Branch 2025

| Initial Tests | Includes: - Intelligence Test (Verbal + Non-Verbal) - Academic Test (Physics, English & Maths based on F.Sc syllabus) |
| Physical Fitness Test | Includes: - Running: 1.6 KM in 9 minutes - Push-ups: 10 repetitions in 2 minutes - Sit-ups: 10 repetitions in 2 minutes - Chin-ups: 2 repetitions in 2 minutes |
| Initial Medical Examination | Conducted at designated PAF Selection Centers. |
| Initial Interview | Conducted at PAF Selection Centers. |
| ISSB Tests | Only shortlisted candidates will be called to ISSB. |
| Final Medical Examination | Conducted at PAF Medical Board or CMH. |
| Final Merit List & Selection | Based on performance in all stages. |
