Eligibility Criteria: Who We're Looking For

| Educational Qualifications |
• Minimum 16 years of education (Master’s equivalent) in a relevant ICT discipline. • Preferred fields include: – Computer Science – Information Technology – Network Engineering – Information Security – Telecommunications – Electronics • Degrees must be from HEC-recognized national or international universities. • Candidates from related academic areas with strong technical credentials may also be considered. |
| Professional Experience |
• Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience in IT, telecom, or digital infrastructure domains. • Proven expertise in: – Network architecture & cloud environments – IP services and cybersecurity standards – Data center systems and large-scale IT infrastructure • At least 5 years in a senior leadership role involving: – Technical strategy development – Infrastructure planning and optimization – Operations management & stakeholder coordination – Technology leadership in telecom firms, enterprises, cloud service providers, or public ICT bodies • Preferred: Experience with PPRA rules, government regulations, and public-sector digital transformation. |
