Push-ups: 15 reps in 2 minutes
Reach-ups: 20 in 3 minutes
Chin-ups: 20 reps in 3 minutes

| 01 | Candidates previously declared unsuitable by the PAF on medical or disciplinary grounds. |
| 02 | Candidates who have already appeared twice in examinations for Airmen recruitment. |
| 03 | Candidates who have tampered with their academic certificates or provided false information. |
| 04 | Individuals convicted by a court of law for moral turpitude/crimes. |
| 05 | Candidates who have registered at more than one recruitment center for the same entry. |
| 06 | Individuals dismissed from any form of government service. |
| Step | Selection Procedure Phase |

| 01 | Candidates selected on merit after passing initial exams will undergo a Psychological (Personality) Test at the selection centers. |
| 02 | Candidates deemed suitable in the psychological test will be interviewed by the Selection Board at Air Headquarters Selection Centers. |
| 03 | Final merit-based selected candidates will be sent to Kohat for training. |
| 04 | Final results across all selection stages are determined by Air Headquarters based on merit. |
| 05 | Initially selected candidates will undergo a detailed medical re-examination at Kohat, including Hepatitis B, C, and Blood CP. |
| 06 | Candidates found unsuitable during training due to medical, surgical, or psychological reasons will be discharged from service. |
